You can also find me on the Full Moon schedule every other Tuesday at 5:45 for SLINKTECH- an intermediate low flow class focused on technique with emphasis on new transitions, grips, & pathways without structured choreography, rigid timing, or aesthetic restriction. Each week we will focus on a sequence designed to be used as a blueprint for you to explore at your own pace, with your own style, & to different songs.
