I work with any & all dance levels, including none! And including if you have no interest in traditional dance and are just looking for an avenue to connect with your body through sensuality. Just share your experience level and desired focus with me in my intake form when inquiring.
I also do a lot of non technical work with people. For example- A lot of my clients want to work on creating more of a connection with their bodies or deepening their relationship with their sensuality, so if this is the approach you want to take you can select the ‘experiential’ sessions when inquiring.

Im going to stop you there- Pole and (any type of dance or sensual movement) dance is for everyone who feels the call to try it. Pole is not gendered, weight centered, age focused, or whatever else you feel might hold you back from trying a class. You do not have to have crazy upper body strength or have the confidence or feel sexy enough to give it a shot, you are enough exactly as you are right now to be able to try something new. If you have concerns or questions im always here to chat.

I started dancing in 2017 & teaching in 2020. I am very dedicated to everything I do, including being the best instructor I can be. Unfotunatey at this point because pole is relatively new, I dont believe there is a holistically effective certification process in place. I was “certified” in 2019 at the first pole studio I ever taught at, but I dont tout that as my most important credential. Because it was a relatively arbitrary & subjective certification process to that studio specifically. What I do think makes me a knowledgable & trustworthy instructor is that have trained under some of the best pole dancers in the world & continue to be a student & educate myself to continue growing into the best & most informed teacher I can be. I seek the most educated trainers in the industry, including anatomy & movement coaches to deepen my understanding of the body & how it pertains to moving safely as a pole dancer.

I do. My first whole year of teaching was done entirely virtually so I have extensive experience working online.
If inquiring about in person sessions I offer them out of my home dance space in San Marcos, CA.
