Join me in this 4 week series (5 hours of classes) designed to take your slink aesthetic to the next level. Each session we will explore different ways to deepen your understanding of what creates “slink” to evoke your slinkiest self.

Four 75 min classes
Conversations around what makes movement what we call “slinky”
Intentional exercises to deepen your slink aesthetic
Prompts to give you space to explore on your own
Low flow sequences designed to be used as a blueprint

Suggested Prerequisites: Intermediate. Most appropriate for students with a comfortable foundation in low flow. You should be proficient in pole foundations, familiar with pirouettes and all their variations, basic foundational grips (i.e. twisted, baseball, tray, forearm, split, etc.) Perfect for those looking to enhance/deepen their low flow quality. Each session builds off the last.
What to bring: Heels, Knee pads. A pole is necessary.
